Get Up to $250 Off an EV Charger
The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities is offering a $3 million incentive program to encourage residents to install in-home electric vehicle (EV) chargers. Residents can receive up to $250 for the purchase and installation of an eligible Level 2 charger.
Consumers who purchase qualified alternative fueling equipment for installation at their principal residence in qualified locations on or after January 1, 2023, and through December 31, 2032, may receive a tax credit of up to 30% of the cost, up to $1,000. There are also potential incentives to cover the "Make Ready" cost through your electric utility.
